Steven has over 15 years of experience working on engineering projects within the heavy industrial and mining sector, specializing in engineering technology, engineering management, structural design, and design systems planning. Throughout his years of experience, Steven has performed a variety of projects within Potash, Salt, Uranium, Canola, Copper, Nickel, Gold, Energy Creation, and other industrial environments. At Engcomp, Steven is responsible for maintaining advanced knowledge of engineering technologies, managing standards and project execution planning for projects utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Computer Aided Design (CAD), engineering management and project leadership for comprehensive technical design team execution, and design and layout of mechanical systems like bins, tanks, chutes, HVAC, piping, conveyors, hoists, and equipment, as well as structural steel, reinforced concrete, and timber structures.
