Tenille has over 20 years of experience as an engineering designer in the manufacturing, mining, infrastructure, and municipal industries.  She has a range of experience that includes preparing design drawings with various software programs, writing publications and manuals, managing teams of designers, and organizing and maintaining documentation and resources. Tenille is a proven self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills and is experienced in managing and leading personnel and a variety of design projects.
